Fill the Stockings at Hearth
The members of the Norwin High School Show Choir and Chorus have celebrated Christmas with the families of HEARTH since the Christmas of 1998. For 22 years the Norwin students helped raise the funds for the Christmas celebration by “spreading Christmas Cheer by Singing Loud for All to hear” (according to Elf). The students shared their talents and Christmas spirit by caroling and performing during the Christmas season.
Due to restrictions of the Pandemic, the students will not be able to reach out to our community for donations with their music. For this reason, we are reaching out to you for help in making this Christmas season another special time for the children and mothers at HEARTH.
For twenty two years, this being our twenty-third Christmas, we have provided each of the children with a stocking filled with all the wonderful things that fill a stocking. Each child also received a toy, especially selected for that individual child. A book, a new blanket and a gift card. The gift card is given to their mother’s, so the mother can make purchases for under their tree on Christmas morning.
Expressions in Harmony is going to fill the stocking for the kids at HEARTH but we need your help this year. We are hoping that you would consider making a donation to make sure that this project will continue to be funded.
